I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina, and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the service was not friendly, which dampened my stay a bit. The dining options were also quite limited, which was a letdown for me.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the view below. I really appreciated the en suite bathroom, perfect for my frequent showering.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be quite rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing. They didn't seem genuinely interested in assisting me, and breakfast area staff were not friendly at all.
Location

The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the Medina. I could easily step out and explore the area, being close to the main venues.
Dining
5.0
Dining was adequate but not impressive. There were limited options, just basic pastries and weak tea.
Facilities

The hotel offered decent facilities, but nothing particularly stood out as exceptional.

7.2/10

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the medina and several shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I was concerned about the room security as it seemed someone had accessed my room, leading to some stolen items. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially considering the guarded parking for a low fee.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean, but I felt a bit uneasy knowing someone accessed my room. They were arranged around a central courtyard, which was a bit odd.
Service
7.0
The service was great overall, with friendly staff who were helpful. However, there was one woman during breakfast who was a bit self-important, which detracted from the experience a bit.
Location

The location is excellent; it's just a 3-minute walk to the medina and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also easy access to parking for only 2 Euro.
Dining

The dining options for breakfast were limited and the coffee wasn't great, lacking in both flavor and temperature.

The facilities were decent. The atmosphere around the breakfast and pool areas was pleasant and calm.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, just steps away from the old medina, and the rooms beautifully showcased Moroccan decor. On the other hand, the service was hit or miss, with some excellent staff but also some drawbacks like the lack of Wi-Fi in rooms. While the room pricing seemed reasonable, I did encounter some issues that made my stay less than ideal.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were well-furnished with lovely Moroccan elements, air conditioning, and hot running water. However, my friend and I had to switch rooms because the air conditioning was faulty.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix; some staff, like Amine, Kader, and Drissa, were exceptionally helpful, but I felt the hotel could use some renovations, and the lack of room Wi-Fi was disappointing.
Location
10.0
The location is exceptional, just two minutes from the entrance of the old medina, making it super convenient for exploring without the hassle of dragging luggage through crowded streets.
Dining
5.0
The dining options left much to be desired; breakfast was limited and didn't quite live up to expectations.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed basic but adequate, though they could certainly benefit from an upgrade, especially regarding Wi-Fi access.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the medina, which made it super convenient for exploring. The room was clean and had a great view, but it felt a bit dated. The service wasn't the best, mainly because the staff seemed uninterested at times. Overall, it’s a good value for the money, especially with the reasonable parking fee.

Rooms
7.0
The room was on the fourth floor and had a tremendous view towards the hill. It was serene and incredibly quiet, although a bit dated with an avocado bathroom suite. However, it was very clean and had hot running water and a television with various channels.
Service
5.0
The service left something to be desired as the staff, particularly at breakfast, seemed a bit self-important and uninterested in our needs. The reception staff were warmer, wearing berets, but overall, it could use improvement.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect for exploring the medina, just a short walk from Bab Boujeloud. Plus, parking was guarded and only cost 2 Euros, which I thought was a fantastic deal.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was more than adequate with options like croissants and baguettes. While the buffet wasn't up to luxury hotel standards, I appreciated that they accommodated my request for unsweetened yogurt.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but nothing extravagant. It met my needs but didn't particularly stand out or impress.

6.2/10

The hotel has a great location, just two minutes from the entrance of the old medina, which made it super convenient for exploring. The rooms, while adequate for a short stay, are quite dated and need some refurbishment. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but I did have a bit of a run-in with one person at reception regarding exchange rates. Overall, it’s a decent choice for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were okay for a short stay, but they are quite dated and not the most comfortable. I noticed some cockroaches in the bathroom, which was definitely off-putting.
Service
6.0
The majority of the staff were nice and helpful, but I had an unpleasant experience with one man at the reception who tried to cheat me on the currency exchange.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the entrance of the old medina, and taxis can pull right up to the hotel, making it easy to get around.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was pretty basic, offering croissants, jam, eggs, and yogurts, which was okay for the price but could definitely be improved.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were quite limited, but it was satisfactory considering the price.
